§ 1 Scope

1.1. These general terms and conditions  (GTC) in the currently valid version are valid for all WISSENCE business relationships and services and are recognized with the registration or booking or service assignment. The version valid at the time the contract is concluded is decisive.

 

§ 2 Registration and conclusion of contract

2.1. Registrations are accepted by telephone, in writing, by fax, by e-mail, online or in person and are binding in any case. Registration will be confirmed by WISSENCE in writing or by email. For organizational reasons, registration must be made no later than 5 days before the start of the seminar.

2.2. The number of participants is limited for reasons of quality and therefore the registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.

2.3. The conclusion of the contract for seminars arises through the formulation of the registration, for services through the acceptance of the offer, for coaching and consulting hours through the written or verbal agreement of an appointment.

 

§ 3 Right of withdrawal (cancellation, deregistration)

3.1. If you cancel no later than 14 days before the start of the training, there will be no cancellation fee. After that, 100% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Alternatively, substitute participants can be sent. The withdrawal does not have to contain a reason and must be in writing. Deadline is sufficient for the timely dispatch. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday or Sunday, the next working day is considered the deadline.

3.2. Each participant is entitled to name a substitute participant up to the start of the seminar. In this case, the cancellation fee does not apply.

3.3. Excluded from a cancellation fee are cancellations due to illness, which are documented by a medical certificate. In the case of seminars lasting several days, cancellation of individual days is not possible.

3.4. In the event of a timely withdrawal from the contract, all payments received will be returned within 14 days of receipt of the notification of withdrawal.

3.5. Coaching and counseling hours Cancellations within 48 hours before the agreed appointment are free of charge. If canceled later, 100% of the agreed price will be charged.

 

§ 4 Event organization

4.1. Events can be canceled for important reasons (e.g. due to illness of the lecturer) up to one day before the start of the seminar at the latest. In this case, an alternative date will be announced as soon as possible.

4.2. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the seminar can be canceled no later than one week before the start of the seminar. In this case, we will try to rebook the registered participants to another date, provided they agree. Otherwise, the fees paid will be fully refunded. Additional claims are excluded.

4.3. An alternative date will be agreed for in-house seminars.

4.4. There is no legal entitlement to the implementation of a booked seminar. Lecturers can be replaced at any time by others who are equally qualified. This does not constitute a right of withdrawal or a right to a price reduction.

4.5. WISSENCE reserves the right to exclude participants from participating in seminars in the event of improper behavior  . Improper behavior exists if the proper and targeted execution of the seminar is not possible due to the behavior of the participants despite a single warning. In this case, the course fee will be refunded aliquot.

 

 

§ 5 Prices and terms of payment

5.1. All prices stated on the website www.wissence.at, the seminar folders and registration forms are net in euros. Partial attendance of the seminar or premature termination does not result in a price reduction.  Prices for service. Coaching and consulting services apply as agreed.

5.2. The statutory sales tax of 20% must be added to net prices. This is properly shown on the invoice or on the offer.

5.3. WISSENCE is entitled to change prices without notice. A price validity of 12 months is guaranteed for seminars or services that have already been booked.

5.4. Invoices are sent electronically by e-mail to the specified e-mail address or in writing. The invoice amount is due for payment within 10 days. Payment can be made by payment slip or bank transfer and must be received no later than 1 day before the start of the seminar. The payment made  is a prerequisite for participation in the seminar and must be presented at the beginning of the seminar.

5.5. Partial payments are possible by separate agreement. If payment is delayed, the total amount is due immediately.

5.6. B. Reminder fees of EUR 5 per reminder are due from four weeks after invoicing. At the same time, default interest of 10% p.a. will be claimed. The contractual partner undertakes to bear all costs and expenses associated with debt collection, such as in particular collection fees or other costs necessary for expedient legal prosecution.

 

§ 6 teaching units

A teaching unit generally consists of 45 minutes of instruction. The duration and location of the breaks are determined individually for each seminar and coordinated with the group.

§ 7 Changes

7.1. WISSENCE reserves the right to make changes to the program such as content, duration, location, price, date and trainer for compelling reasons. Any changes will be communicated immediately so that a registration can be changed if necessary. Any further claims for damages are excluded.

7.2. Insofar as the overall planning of the seminar is not significantly affected, a change in time or venue is considered acceptable within reasonable limits. This does not give rise to a right to withdraw from the contract or a price reduction.

§ 8 Visit confirmations and certificates

8.1. If they attend the event regularly, the participants will receive a confirmation of participation or certificates and references. Unless otherwise stated, the prerequisite is at least 80% attendance and full payment of the seminar fee.

§ 9 Copyright protection

9.1. All seminar documents are subject to copyright protection. Reproduction, distribution or other use beyond the personal use of the participants is expressly prohibited. WISSENCE reserves all rights in this regard.

§ 10 data protection

10.1. Personal data transmitted to WISSENCE, such as name, e-mail address, address or other personal information, will only be used for the specified purpose, will be kept safe and will not be passed on to third parties. This data is subject to the highest secrecy and will never be passed on without consent. Any further collection, processing and use of personal data requires separate consent.

10.2. Customers have the right at any time to information about the data stored about them, their origin and recipient as well as the purpose of storage.


Section 11 Liability

11.1. WISSENCE is only liable if intent or gross negligence can be proven. Liability is limited to the amount of the seminar fee or the service used.

§ 12 Final Provisions

12.1. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of WISSENCE will be made known by publication in a suitable form on the Internet at   www.wissence.at  .

12.2. Supplementary or changing agreements require the consent of both contracting parties and must be in writing.

12.3. Austrian law applies.

12.4. WISSENCE reserves the right to make subsequent changes due to printing errors.

12.5. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
